		<description>Roger, it&#039;s really hard to say.  If you have a different cable, you could try that.  Or if you&#039;ve got a friend with a Mac, you could try importing some video there and see how it works.  Otherwise, you might follow up with Sony and see if they have any suggestions on their support forum.</description>

		<description>In transferring video from my Sony mini DV camcorder to my IMac for unknown reasons the transfer just suddenly stops. I then have to go back and begin from the very beginning [ I can find no way to continue from where the interruption occurred ]. The same thing happens in transferring back to the camera.  At one point I felt the problem is with the firewire since applying pressure to the connections helps.  The problem is very intermittent and I wonder if you have ever encountered this problem.  How could I determine if it is the firewire connectors or the computer or camera connections?</description>
